At the SNOWBANK / JIB BATTLE held in Yoyogi Park, SP riders Kenshi Nakamura and Kazuya Hatakeyama put on a standout performance.
Though organized as a competition, the event carried the strong spirit of a jib session where riders push and elevate each other. Beyond pure skill, bold challenges and distinctive style captivated the crowd.
Before the session began, Kenshi Nakamura said he wanted to “attack with an individuality no other rider has.” He backed that up with raw, aggressive style on the rail.

Meanwhile, the ever-smiling yet quietly focused Kazuya Hatakeyama let his skills do the talking. With different approaches, board changes, and clean exits on every run, he advanced to the finals. Despite the cold rain, the event drew a large crowd, and Hatakeyama fired up the scene with the unmistakable style that defines SP Bindings.
